A startup that aims to modernize the relationship between operators and their customers, promoting personalized offers in an intuitive and completely digital process. Planium wants to take advantage of the CQCS Insurtech & Innovation to show its innovative way of operating in the market.
For this, she will participate in the Startup Innovation Program, which offers the possibility for startups from all over the country to make a brief presentation in the intervals of the panels of the most relevant insurance innovation meeting in Latin America. The program also offers a space for them to receive customers, prospects and investors during ExpoInsurtech.
“Our platform has changed the way Brazilians buy health insurance. We digitize and simplify the sales process. At the event, we will present the possibility for the Broker to anticipate his commission with just one click ”, explains Danilo Meth, Commercial Director of Planium.
The executive explains that based on the sales history it will be possible to make the amount corresponding to up to 100% of the commission confirmed by the operator (or by the broker) available to a certain broker. “The strategy is to strengthen his bond with the operator and the brokerage to make him loyal”, he adds.
According to the director of Planium, in the field of health insurance, innovating means simplifying and personalizing the offer. “We have seen an increase in the creation of campaigns and even new plans, reflecting a greater agility of the operators in analyzing the results and the profile of their customers”.
Analyzing the trends in the sector, Danilo says that the digitalization of the sales process makes it possible to personalize the offer and, mainly, onboarding. “Innovation is now moving towards risk rating automation with algorithms such as AGA (Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment) and automatic referral to wellness programs.”
The Startup Innovation Program is an initiative of the CQCS Insurtech & Innovation that allows companies that are still beginners to participate in the most relevant meeting of insurance innovation in Latin America. Remember that there are only vacancies available for the first 20 startups that sign up.
