Jorge Andrade
Jorge Andrade , CEO of CAPEMISA Seguradora since 2015, has over 40 years in a leadership position, having spent most of his career at CAPEMISA. Graduated in Business Administration and with an MBA from UFRJ in Business Management, he has held a senior management position since 2008, when he assumed the position of Director at CAPEMISA.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Federation of Private Pensions and Life – FENAPREVI, the Ethics Council of the National Confederation of General Insurance, Private Pension and Life, Supplementary Health and Capitalization Companies – CNSeg and is a member of the Deliberative Council of the Capemi Pension Fund – FUCAP. In his career, Jorge Andrade has worked in areas such as: Administrative, Commercial and Operations, where he delved deeper into the activities of Collection, Customer Relationship, Administration of Pension contracts, among others.
