Fabio Lessa
Fabio Lessa has a degree in Business Administration and has extensive experience of over 20 years in the insurance market, with an emphasis on the commercial area. Furthermore, he is specialized in Quality and Productivity Management from FUNCEFET and holds an Executive MBA in Insurance and Reinsurance from ENS. His professional career includes stints at large insurance companies.
Since 2007, he has been a member of the CAPEMISA team, where he played a fundamental role in the company's main commercial, marketing and product projects. In 2017, he assumed the position of Statutory Commercial Director, consolidating his expertise and leadership in the Company.
In addition to his solid training and experience, he invested in continuous training, having completed specializations in the Executive Development Program, by Fundação Dom Cabral and Innovation by MIT – Massachusetts Institute of Technology, reinforcing his commitment to excellence and innovation in the insurance market .
