Eduardo Dal Ri
Eduardo Dal Ri is CEO of the HDI Group and has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance segment. Along the way, he has held a variety of positions across a range of strategic functions, including sales and product management, and has had the opportunity to oversee a wide range of distribution channels, as well as achieve superior employee engagement rates. Before assuming the leadership of HDI, at the beginning of 2022, he worked at other players in the sector, such as Allianz, SulAmérica and Bradesco Seguros.
Dal Ri has a degree in Actuarial Sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), with a specialization in Corporate Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-RJ), in addition to an MBA in Services Marketing and Business Economics from Escola de Propaganda and Marketing (ESPM) and the University of São Paulo (USP).
