Eduardo Borges
Eduardo Borges is the Vice President of the Autoglass Group and Head of Maxpar – one of the main service providers to auto insurers in the country. With the acquisition of IKÊ Brasil in 2022, Maxpar now has the largest variety of assistance services on the market, which encompass solutions for auto, property, life, health, travel and many others.
Eduardo has a degree in Business Administration, with MBAs in Marketing and Controlling, Finance and Auditing and more than 20 years of experience in the Group. He began his career as a Store Salesman and, over the years, worked his way up until he reached the position he holds today. He is a leader who believes that being a leader is a responsibility that requires commitment, active listening and empathy, skills that he was able to develop throughout the journey.
