First behavioral analysis platform for judges in Brazil makes it possible to optimize procedures

Neural Jurimetry is another startup to confirm its presence in the next edition of CQCS Insurtech & Inovação 2020. The company is a pioneer in the creation of a platform that allows a strategic view on the reservations made and the judicial liabilities.

The platform makes an analysis of the magistrates’ behavior to indicate the probability of losing the action, guiding the defense theses with the use of personalized arguments and the most effective evidence predictions for each judge.

“Combining with an increasingly less litigious culture in the legal-insurance market, we seek to offer services that result in savings and assertive release of the Insurance Claims Settlement (PSL) from insurance companies”, explains Rodrigo Thimmig Gomes, partner-owner.

During the most important meeting of innovation in insurance in Latin America, the company will offer insurers and the law firms that represent them a tool that makes it possible to optimize procedures and generate savings by transforming the way in which lawsuits are faced today.

Among its services are the identification of the probability of loss of demand according to the judge judge’s mindset; strategic planning with saving for entering into agreements (probability of probable loss); the best defense theses for successful demand; more effective tests; and the detection of identified problems providing preventive attitudes.

“Within our specific branch, we seek to scale the business to all massified insurance coverage. Subsequently, we will do the same for other branches of law, providing an alternative to the litigation process ”, he says.

Regarding innovations in the insurance market, Rodrigo believes that there is a daily revolution in applications aimed at the sector, with increasing investments being made in innovation, and the results are already showing.

“Not only insurance companies, but also the network of providers that are part of the market, are looking for and presenting new technologies that qualify and optimize procedures, generating more reliability, assertiveness and savings for all players involved”, he concluded.

Part of this technological revolution can be seen during the CQCS Insurtech & Inovação, the most important meeting of innovation in insurance in Latin America. The event will take place on November 23 and 24, at the Pro Magno Centro de Eventos, in São Paulo. For more information, visit
