Nilton Molina is a business administrator with over 55 years of experience in the insurance and pensions field. The executive is chairman of the Boards of Directors of MAG Seguros, of MAG Fundos de Pensão, a lifetime member of the São Paulo Commercial Association Council and director of CNSeg (National Confederation of General Insurance Companies, Private Pension and Life, Supplementary Health and Capitalization) .
Molina also dedicates his career to studies on longevity and demography, topics for which he is a reference in the country. Molina is president of the Mongeral Aegon Longevity Institute, a non-profit organization that aims to discuss the social and economic impacts of the phenomenon of longevity in Brazil.
Throughout his extensive professional career, he was one of the founders of Bradesco Vida e Previdência and Icatu Seguros, in addition to having been a member of the National Council for Private Insurance, the National Council for Social Security and the National Council for Complementary Pensions.
