And the Medical on the Screen service, which allows policyholders to request a video call with a general practitioner or pediatrician to receive guidance and answer questions.

In the app it is also possible to access virtual card, accepted in the entire referenced network, and find doctors, clinics and hospitals by geolocation, and consult medicines with up to 85% discount. The innovation starts with access, which can be done by facial biometrics. Through the application, policyholders can also request and monitor the delivery of immunobiological and oral chemotherapy drugs at home. Another feature is the pioneering digital reimbursement service, which uses machine learning algorithms to recognize medical receipts through a photo.

In addition to new products and services for policyholders, the largest independent insurance group in Brazil also invests in deliveries for business partners.
